It's not really healthy, but, depending on how much you eat, some people only have 2 bowel movements a week (eating less should only be considered an emergency measure when there is pain), but if you can go on a "juicing diet", it will not only be a lot less strenuous than eating solid food, it is very healthy and requires almost no digestion. Freshly made juice is the best because it has the enzymes, the juice "powder" from the health food store is not as good, so plan on buying a "juicer" to use at home to make fresh juice. If you make fresh Carrot, Tomato, Kale, Beet, etcetera, juices at home, you won't need solid food.
