LoL... no, eye contact means he is thinking about something, but it doesn't mean SEX.
Maybe you should talk to him. Ask him to lunch and just have casual conversation. I don't think you need to bring it up directly, unless you are in a hurry, but from speaking with him you will most certainly get a better understanding of his motives.
