Re: Ayehaserah

Athena the five tibetans may be a good way as Ami pointed out. I am only slightly familar but I know there is a forum here. The martial arts of the body and mind such as Tai Chi and yoga are introductions but generally require long periods of time. Some say that kundalini yoga progresses more rapidly but you must exercise caution. My first introduction was eastern based by western author Daniel Reid "The tao of sex health and longevity" he explains as well as any the eastern philosophy of vital essence. A female friend is very interested in this book and is reading it now.
