Re: delay on start of MC

Hey ziggy221! I got sidetracked too! I did the Liver Flush Friday night and it went really well for my first time. Fully intended to go straight into the Master-Cleanse Saturday..and had a family emergency..then blablabla..BUT on the upside, drinking Lemonade Breakfast & Dinner, but fruit for lunch has been pretty good too..I will try again this Thursday AM..first thing..no excuses..and I will end with a Liver Flush, since I really like the way I feel after..(Not the 1st day after..a little weak, but the 2nd day...all good!) Wow...I should know better than to plan these days..Life is what happens when you're planning other things...All the best to you, and I'll update on Thursday or Friday! Tweet
