While diet is certainly important, let's face it, most of us don't hang around with folks who drink wheatgrass juice and eat sprouts every day. So, we are going to eat some junk along the way. BethDogg mentioned Stone Free, and I am having great (knock wood) results with it. I went from having bad pain every single day to some tenderness and twinges. I am doing the other stuff, too, but my diet has not been perfect. Best wishes. Oh, and many people with gallbladder problems are sensitive to eggs, so try and steer clear of foods with lots of eggs cooked in. Even the traditional medical establishment seems to agree with that, I had two docs tell me about it and read about gallbladder and egg allergy in a medical journal.
