test
I just had my first
colonic last week and am getting on yet another program to try to dump yeast & parasites, get my adrenals working properly again, etc. Last Fall I did a series of 4 Hulda flushes fairly successfully (after bowel cleansing and some
parasite cleansing) - only the last one produced very few stones. I took a break over the Winter, partly just busy, partly needed a rest. I am really feeling like I need another one, particularly after this first week back on candida diet & taking the anti-fungals, etc. My colon hydrotherapist (who has been doing the alternative health thing for 26 years, teaches, lectures, etc. - plenty of experience) recommended I do a flush tomorrow night, and then in another week just before I see her for another colonic. However, her drink is a little different, and she says I should not use the
Epsom Salts , that the ingredients in this drink work "synergystically," and that I might not see stones, but rather green sludge, etc. The procedure is pretty similar in terms of no fat, light or no dinner that day, but the drink at night is 1/2 cup unfiltered og. apple juice blended with 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/3 to 1/2 cup EVOO, 1 x 1
inch piece of ginger (blended in), 1 clove garlic, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper - either blended in drink or in capsule. Sip down, then sip warm water/lemon after that. No epoms. Has anyone heard of this?
My big concern is whether I will get stuck stones that are trying to come out. From everything I've read here, I'm kind of afraid to skip the Epsoms, and yet this lady has been helping people successfully heal for many years, and I'm sure she knows her stuff. The Epsoms are really hard on me, but I've always done them anyway. Is there anything I can use that would help dilate the ducts that wouldn't violate her protocol? I have some powdered magnesium called "Natural Calm" that fizzes in hot water. Would that work?
Any input would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
