So the obvious questions are -- what happens when it gets absorbed? Where does it go? (I'm assuming b/c it's here in this health site it will not increase bad cholesterol. True??)
No, I'm not over weight: 5'6" 120 lbs. But I know I can use lots of cleansing and healing help (and anti-stree help!).
So, I know that anything that is kind and/or nourishing to my immune system is good. A cooking oil that does not break down (so no free radicals? Did I get that right?) sounds very good.
I cook with olive oil and ghee. Love ghee! You can't burn anything; and it smells heavenly.
The Fife book sounds good: miracles and healing, that's what I need.
