Recommended enema position to get to transverse?

Shelley, or anyone who can help (don't want to wear Shelley out!):

When you do this enema that you want to get into the transverse colon, what position to you take? Supine and massaging against the flow of the colon?

And/or do you turn over and massage while on hand and knees (belly hanging down)?

When you read about enemas it's so basic: lie-on-left-side. That's fine to start for the lower colon, and it is an effective enema on a normal day. But how do we really coax the water farther up and across when we really need it -- as in after a liver flush?

Thanks!
