Re: If this is a stuck stone what can I do?
Clipped from Shelleycat's advice downpage:
(I asked her about recipes for a stuck stone, too):
" 1 level tablespoon of ES in 12
oz water OR magnesium citrate is fine as far as I know - I have no personal experience with this I must say. It's new knowledge to me, yippee. :)" (This is taken by mouth, of course.)
(Or she suggested):
"yes, an
other flush, BUT a smaller dose of oil. Say, 1/2 cup oil to 3/4 cup juice. I tend to always have an extra grapefruit, lemons and even OJ on hand when I'm doing a series of flushes. Contingency plans make me feel safer and have come in handy when I'm all set to flush and my grapefruit turns out to be moldy! blech! :)"
Hope that helps. Also -- you can do a castor oil pack. You can find info for doing this on line. A castor oil pack (cover your liver/gallbladder area with it, of course & colon area) will open up bile ducts and lubricate your colon.
Good luck!
