Pre-flush - after-flush enema shedule
Got my first Liver-Flush planned in the weekend of feb. 7&8, bought an enema-set today, wondering if there is something of a pre-flush - after-flush enema shedule.
Could realy use such as I'm both a newbie to Liver-Flush and enema's (plain lukewarm water or perhaps coffee???)
