and I'm delighted to see the post about not having to use Epsom Salts . Even though I mixed it with some apple juice (about 1/2 water, 1/2 apple juice), it was still awful. Will explore that magnesium citrate that was posted earlier.
Drank the olive oil alternately with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Not as bad as I thought, until the very end.
I'm still feeling a bit queasy and weak, though. Is that normal? It's ll pm. Thought I would be feeling great by now (and I DO have to say that my bowels feel quite pure and clean). I had a snack mid-afternoon, and then had a light dinner about 6 pm.
