Hiya Alex!

What most of us do when we're just beginning is a series of flushes done about every two weeks or so. 3-5 is a nice safe number for a series, more if you practice good bowel management after a flush (colonics, enemas, fiber) and if you think you have a lot more stones to get out.

After that first series, especially if you don't change your diet to one that is healthier, you will need to do "maintenence" flushes about every six months. In between these maintenence flushes, it's a good idea to take at least one bottle of herbs that support the liver to continue detox.
