Hi all, new here, 1st flush coming up!

Hello everyone, new to this forum, must say I dropped my jaw when I first read about stones etc. !
Am now quite sure I have stones, shoulder/back pain, nightmares, tiredness, light sleeping and hot flashes (and I'm male, 27, so no meno-pause symptoms).

My question is do I realy need an enema after my flush? Rather not if it's not a must cause I've never took one before and kind of growel bout having this up my bumm.
And is Epsom realy neccesary? Still can't find it here (NL)
