The other night I treated myself to real, homemade, stove top - not nuked - popcorn, a large bowl with at least half a stick of butter, and of course, Sea Salt . Yum!!! And since I'm a Vata, butter is okay for me, almost as good as olive oil. :)
The next day was aMAzing! I'm always telling people that fats and oils induce peristaltic action, well, I got to see that in action ... and I mean action! I usually only have 1-2 BM's a day because I just don't eat that much (I'm only 5'1" and pretty sedentary after all). But that day... I had no less than 5!!! It was hysterical.
So ... if you want a mini flush, and have a problem with constipation, just try the amazing buttered popcorn cleanse... tastes great and less filling too! ;) B}
