Which flush is the most effective?

This question will always remain an individual's choice. What works for one person is not going to work for another. What one person prefers will not be what another person would even consider. What is important is that each person makes the choice that they want to live a healthier life and then follows through with that choice.

Flushing your liver is NOT a one time thing as a lot of people think. It takes MONTHS of dedicated effort to fulfill that goal. It may take one person just a few flushes to clean their liver/gallbladder and it may take another person MONTHS & MONTHS before they begin to see results. Why, you ask? Well, God created us all differently and it's up to each one of us to find out what makes our own body tick. It's the only body you will ever have and it's up to YOU to take care of that body.

My own personal journey began several years ago. I knew I had Gallstones and my Dr. told me he would remove the gallbladder when the time was right? (made NO sense to me, but he was trying to catch a plane to go on vacation.)

I jumped right in and did Dr. Clark's liver flush. At 1:30 that morning, I passed the longest, solid green rope I had ever seen followed by hundreds of stones. I have not read that anyone else passed a green rope of bile, but it certainly made a believer out of me. Something that ugly was doing my body no good. I began flushing 2-3 weeks apart and always used Dr. Clark's recipe---measuring everything.

Flushes 3-4 (or maybe 5--I have forgotten) produced the biggest and blackest stones. As time progressed, I began to see fewer and fewer stones until I saw no more. I now do maintenance flushes and still have no more stones.

I now dedicate myself to spreading the word in my community and on this website. My feeling is that when one person removes their toxic stones and begins a healthier life, it is their responsibility to tell another person. It takes one person telling another and another and another......
