Hi Rod, I currently take pre milled flaxseed and plan to switch soon to grinding my own. I take 2 tbsp with breakfast and 2 with dinner. That works well for me. So if your 4 turns out to be too much at once you can try 2 and 2.
Also I read on another forum there may be a difference in grinders. Can I just get one at walmart?
