Argh! Still haven't received my Schulze #1

I just called the toll free number (from the website) and was told I may not get my order until next week! I'm dying here! If I'd known it would take this long I would have selected express shipping.
In the mean time, what can I do to alleviate my constipation? I am SO uncomfortable. Nothing seems to help. I've been taking cascara sagrada capsules (2 w/breakfast, 2 w/lunch), eating lots of fiber, salads, avoiding milk - nothing has helped.
Any suggestions for immediate relief? I can't go another several days feeling like this.
