I am very regular and my bowels work well but as soon as I have any significant routine change everything goes out of wack
I just started a new job and have to get up very early and usually I have time to get up and take it easy before I work but now I am up and go almost straight away as its so early in the morning
Unfortunately my body does not get back to notmal and I become constipated
Is this some sort of emotional holding on or something similar
has anyone any ideas as i dont want to resort to anything stimulating to get things moving
