Re: Happy Day 7

NOW who's the naughty tardy responder?
I don't even have much of an excuse besides being too busy trying to fill up my unemployed days with constructive activities.

I'm so glad that you're feeling well. I had a few days of nausea around the weekend, but thank heavens that passed. I'm trying to get my apartment in order and usually I find a great way to procrastinate with the distraction of eating - ugh! I have nothing to divert me from being productive! The horrors.

Don't worry about the clear pee. But, it definitely should start to return to yellow soon. Maybe try taking a B vitamin and see how that effects the color - your digestive system may not be fully absorbing the food you're eating yet. I've had a full week go by during which I could tell my body wasn't completely digesting real foods yet. That the nausea is gone is a good sign. The book advises - if there is residual nausea - to go back on the Master-Cleanse for a few days and then try ending it again with the OJ and all. But if your feeling normal it means your body is happily making the adjustment, just at its own pace.

What peeves me is that (at day 31) my tongue is still completely fuzzy! I can only chalk it up to the fact that I had my tongue pierced in December (the best thing I've ever done to curb my eating!), so I think my tongue is assuming my surgical steel barbell is a unwanted intruder.

Ah well....

You're probably Chicago bound any second now. Wishing you safe travels,

-Dana
