7 days. Can you believe it? Never would have thought...

I know I have to quit at 10 because I think it will just be too difficult to do while staying in a hotel in Chicago and going to a 4 day seminar. But I intend to do it again. And then again after that. I've always wanted to be able to fast--and have felt like a failure every time. This is so easy.

More than that, it is a spiritual experience. When I'm in trouble I simply ask for help. It always comes.

I've printed out most of what you've posted lately. I want to be sure and have it when I do the next fast.
