I took two today...still no rope poop, but after about 10 minutes of drinking them I do have to go poop (very loose)
At work, at noon, I stop drinking the lemonade for an hour, then I take the P&B, (with bottle of water) then wait about 45 minutes before I start drinking the lemonade again. If you go to the bowel cleanser board thereis a lot of info oon it....so far nothing major, but it could take days....I am just glad it's not constipating me
