I'm pretty new to this forum so I'd appreciate any advice I can get from all you 'experts.' =) I'm really hooked on juice fasting, raw dieting, flushing and the MC. I've done raw diets already, on my way to juice fasting, and intrigued with the MC.
Ok, so here's my deal: I want to juice fast for a few days and then start the MC. What do you think? I've already started prepping my body for the juice fasting by raw dieting and only eating 1 meal a day. I already drink lots of water and fruits and veges. How much time does the body need to prep itself for the MC?
For anyone who's done the MC, do you do salt water flushes (with Sea Salt ) in the mornings? What about P&B shakes? How should those be incorporated??
It's not easy starting all these fasts and cleansing programs, especially when u're at home and there's SO much good food! I'm a fairly average bodied Asian female. I'm not overweight or anything but I know there's a godzillion toxins in my body waiting to get out which is why I want to cleanse myself. I know there's a bit of weight loss that's involved which is okay.
Oh right, another question. In the back of my head, I have a 'bald' spot where very little hair grows. My hair is fine and thin. Any suggestions on fruits/veges I can eat to help this?? I'm not a big fan of vitamins or supplements as I think you can get all the right nutrients by eating foods. Btw, my hair thinning and 'bald' spot is not due to stress or heredity. I've done tests already to see if I'm lacking in iron or what not, but everything seems to be fine. So any suggestions?? I know, I should be posting this in the hair forum but I thought I'd post it here since I'm fasting so maybe someone can be of help.
