Hello! (Day 2, and question re SWF)

Hello all. I am on Day 2, and just found this forum today. What a find!!! I've already gotten great information, answers to most of my questions, and motivation.
I still have a question re SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (haven't done one yet). After reading a number of posts, I'm a little intimidated by it. I know it is to be taken on an empty stomach, so it would make sense to do it in morning-- but I am a little afraid that it will render me house-bound (or more accurately, bathroom-bound) for an extended period of time. (more than 2 hours)
Is that the case? (I just need to determine if it will significantly interfere with my work schedule.) Any feedback will be appreciated.
