help it's my first day!

i'm new to this forum..and it's my first time doin the master cleanse..and it's my first day doin it..it's only about dinner time and i think i'm goin crazy..i've thought about food all day..i don't know if i'm gonna make it!
i've also been very cold all day as well..is this normal??
i need help please!
