I'm on Day 10 and I can't believe it!! Day 5 was hard for me too. Whenever I felt weak, bad, or just hopeless on continuing, I would take a long, very warm bath with Epsom Salts . I lit candles and listened to a favorite CD. It works like a charm. You become warm, centered and are able to really realize what an amazing process your body is going through. Try it!! It really kept me in the mind-frame. This was my first fast and I am so happy I didn't quit. It is an accomplishment that will lift your mind, body and soul to anotha' level.
