my weight loss is averaging 2 lbs per day with no physical activity.
i am male about 5'10" and 185 when i started so not that much overweight.
i have been taking 6-10 glasses per day with an average of about 1 1/2 tbls of maple syrup and 1 lemon which is about 2 tbls of juice with the pulp, cayenne pepper to taste and have done no swf(was not recommended by provider that wanted the fast)

also with the working out i am willing to bet your body composition has changed and you are more solid.
