Don't forget that you have lost 4 lbs in a week. Our bodies can't lose that much fat per week anyways. We are mainly losing excess water, and "junk" from our colons, as we aren't eating solid food, and cleaning the whole mess out. If you are in this for the weight loss alone, you may be dissapointed. However, if you believe that what you are doing is cleaning out your body so that when you do begin to eat a
healthy Diet afterwards, your HEALTH has made leaps and bounds above where it was before. BE PATIENT, there is no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to health, even weight loss. Those that lose a bunch of weight that quickly are losing water/toxins, even though it sounds impressive, in the long run, it just plain takes time. Hang in there, and set your goal on getting your body healthy, because THEN it will self-regulate its weight, if you provide the proper nutrition. I am on day 14, and have "only" lost 4 lbs, but I am in it for the long haul, and am thrilled to get myself on a better track. So, be gentle with yourself, and keep up the EXCELLENT work.
