This is day eight for me and I've only lost 4 lbs. I am only taking 6 lemonades a day and sometimes I do not put the full amount of maple syrup in it. I am exercising every other day at the gym (cardio for 30 min). I thought I'd loose more than this. I am 30 lbs overweight. I read below that someone lost 20 lbs in 10 days. I'm wondering why I'm not loosing like others reported. Any ideas? Thanks
