I'm on day three now myself. Starving to death!! I haven't been able to drink the lemonade since day one. Getting worried (and weak) by just drinking water. I now have lost 10 lbs. I am thinking about making a veg. soup and eating that everyday in place of the lemonade. I know it won't do the cleaning part, but I will lose weight. I don't think it was a good idea to start this while I was sick. I will try the cleansing again in March. I also have several functions to attend in Feb, that's why I started at this time. I wanted to do this sooner instead of putting it off, but it hasn't worked out. On your part, five days is better than none!! Just be careful getting off, give yourself a day or so of easy eating.
