Re: I have a fatty liver and some questions???
Hi. I have fatty liver too. My doctor said pretty much the same thing . I'll be seeing him in march when he'll test my bilirubin, ast, alt and albumin levels again. Saw him this month and my readings have come down since my last readings in october. I started flushing in October and have done five so far . #1, #2 and #4 were good ones. I got quite a bit of stones, chaff, sludge etc. out. My calf pain is gone and i rarely get nausea as i used to, everyday- (I suffered these since april this year). Upon reflection, i was on the road to fatty liver probably for about a year now, with intermittent back pain that i didn't pay much attention to.
This is a good place to be, i've learnt alot here and am still learning . There's wonderful advice here & i'm ploughing through the earlier forums- i'm only at #2 liver cleanse after 2 months lol !!!
Ultimately, it's the hands-on that helps you learn what works or doesn't work for you. I'm only doing the
Bowel Cleanse now (P&B shakes). I've yet to try the
parasite cleanse. As I gain more experience, I'm learning that these are just as important as the liver cleanse. (I know, i've read it here before).
I've been told by my doctor to avoid alcohol, medications & chinese medicine (I live in Singapore, which is predominantly Chinese but our healthcare system is like the west). I've read here about how certain Chinese herbs really help, I'm going to try them. I've still some way to go (i have the occasional pain along the gallbladder/liver meridian) but am very encouraged by the results of flushing so far.
BTW , strictly no fats on the day of your fast for liver cleanse - the stones won't come/ or you'll feel sick. :)
Welcome.
