I am B blood type too. That sounds similar ingredients to these herbs I used to take a while ago, for weight loss though. It had phosphatidylcholine (same as lecithin), choline, omega3...not any fruit juice. From what I have read, serine decreases cortisol level and choline raises it, so maybe its an Adrenal gland balancer. Both help memory and brain function. I felt it. That was good stuff, but sooo expensive. I'll try to make it like your recipe. Do you feel different? Did you try the Budwig method with cottage cheese and flax at all? Maybe lecithin can go in it. I did not read my Blood Type Diet yet, I have to do that!
