finding info on andreas' site...help!!!!

PT or Rick60 or somebody....

I was doing a little body checking, pressed lightly (for me) near the pancreas/spleen areas and OUCH, started major pain. So I went to the search bar and put Andreas pancreas....but came out with a lot of OTHER curezone stuff. So HOW do I search his old messages? I'm not home or I'd look in my old book, but I'm not, I'm in pain (it's getting better, I'm doing what little I can think of....but it is enlarged and tender...and it doesn't help by my getting frustrated I don't know how to search andreas web site. sigh....funny....I started panicking with the pain, thought, how silly..THAT is really counterproductive....deep breath....anyway....if you could do 2 things....one....summerize what Andreas would suggest for relief, and then 2, for future reference (the pain is kind of distracting) how I search correctly.
