Re: A few questions..
1. Internally, it is better to use the juice than the gel. Gel is better for external applications on the skin.
2. Sounds good to me, except I would leave about 1/2 hour between drinking the warm water and lemon/honey water and the drinking of the juice. Let the latter do their cleansing job before engaging the digestive system in other activities.
3. Most Ayurvedic schools offer the same principles as they basically refer to the same sources of Ayurvedic textbooks. So I cannot recommed one school over another. Obviously, the teachers bring in their own experiences which is very valuable in this field.
I am not training others at this point, but would love to open an institute in the future.
4. Animals and humans have lived together for thousands of years without transferring diseases or parasites to them, except when the animals weren't fed properly or they were mistreated and the people's immune systems who were keeping them became impaired. The two best ways to prevent the transferring of parasites, viruses and worms to the humans is to give the animals the food they naturally require (not the manafuctured, enriched, and otherwise compeletely destroyed pet foods), and to keep yourself clean and healthy. Parasites and viruses invade and infect only those who are weak and congested with intestinal waste.
