Re: Aloe Vera Juice for IBS
Hi, yes, that's true that you need to drink at least two
oz a day of aloe vera juice.
I have IBS and I started taking aloe vera on 12 of Dec. last year. i can't say exactly when it did start to help . i think it took quite a while. The suggestion is to take the juice for three months before working out whether it has been any help or not.
I find it hard to say whether it is helping me. i think it must be doing something as, since late february I've had no more niggling pain in my lower left stomach area, I find. although I'm not going very regular, I am having at least 2 BM's per day, sometimes it manages a 3rd. i suffer from the constipation form myself. I'd say it helps a lot but, it's no miracle worker. YOu'll won't be totally free of IBS. although, everyone's different and aloe vera may work better for you than me. I'd give it a 3 month try and then see how it works for you.
good luck and i recommend the berry nector from forever living :)
