Hello, Andreas. I have a question about abyanga and exercise. If I do the oil massage in the morning and then exercise a few hours afterward (a 30 minute cardio session, light weight lifting and stretching) will the oil prevent my skin from perspiring and breathing properly? This is a fear of mine that I'd like to explore.
And would you suggest taking another shower with soap after the exercise? Or should I wait to do the oil massage AFTER the exercise?
