chemical analyses of stones and GB stones

Dear Andreas,

according to my gut feeling my liver is clean - finally, However, I am sure there is a still "beautiful" stone or even stones left in my GB. I can literally feel them when I am lying in bed. Only around the GB area there is this feeling. Plus: during the last three LF's I was always experiencing a short, very sharp painful sensation while a big stone was travelling through the GB ducts. I guess my GB is emptying herself only step by step .
my question:
These pains are they typical of a well filled GB?????

Now the issue chemical analyses of the stones:
I friend of mine had a super successful LF, so successful that she developped doubts about the nature of these stones. Despite feeling very well afterwards she was suspecting these stones were mainly made of olive oil. It seemed to her completely IMPOSSIBLE that she had passed 80 grams of stones!!!!!!!!! after having completed already 13 LF's.

Have you ever done a chemical analyses of these stones? Here in Germany I did not succeed finding a lab that would do it.
I would guess a HPLC analyses would detect all components .

I am extremely curious about a chemical analyses of these stones because I found in a scientific paper written by Japanese researchers who claimed that by means of HPLC methods they were able to demonstrate NASID metabolites in intrahepatic stones of a women who had undergone surgery because of intrahepatic stones.
