Please help with intestinal infection

I have candida, but I think I now have some other organism infecting my digestive tract as well. It's causing loose stools and diarreah and it's starting to scare me. I've been taking natural remedies like olive leaf extract and soil based organisms which usually kill anything and everything in there. But it only works for the day and by morning the loose stools are back. Today I'm having a particularly bad day with the cramping and loose stools, even though I'm taking my olive leaf extract and soil based organisms. I'm not sure what kind of bacteria this could be, but it's really concerning me. What kind of bacteria is this and what can I take to kill it??? Tweet
