Hi, thanks so much for the reply. I have been taking it for a month, and I was doing the 1-5 thing where you build it up by a drop each day and then take two days off. I definately got hyper though, and I figured it was probably too much and I have backed off. I have talked to that Phil guy only by e-mail, and he seems like he really wants to give me lots of advice about things I already know about, since I have been on a "health journey" several years now. I have trouble just getting simple answers from him, instead he says things like "Are you drinking coffee? Maybe you should think about cutting down" and I don't touch the stuff because I know better, and he doesn't answer my questions! So that's why I thought I would try asking you instead.
I used to go to someone who did muscle testing, but he was very expensive so I stopped going to him. Basically I am recovering from Candida and heavy metal poisoning and now after making many improvements in that area, I am trying to get pregnant. I noticed that I had some low temps, and that's what brought me to the iodine. You had said in another post that the iodine helped you--can you tell me exactly what it helped? Like, did your temps rise, or did you just feel better, or did you have a test that showed something?
