Re: a very sucessful detox may make you feel worse - temporarily!
Hi Anne,
I agree that certain substances may not be good for everyone - chlorella included. But it also may have been that the Chlorella was helping you along - for as long as you took it. I'm not saying what is true for you. You wrote your note before I could add to mine - I was going to suggest to you, (although I am aware that you aren't looking for my opinion), that a 1/2 hour consultation with Andreas might be helpful here, since he counts himself as a medical intuitive. Again I'm not telling you what is right for you.
As for suggesting that inner guidance is key - That was the point of my last note, actually. Viewpoint is everything.
I'm curious to know how Andrew Cutler advises people with endocrine and other problems to detox. ? Other than chlorella, baths, saunas, homeopathics, chelation I don't know of any other ways.
I don't know about the efficacy of Andrew Cutlers argument either way, and if it makes sense to you, great. But the part that strikes me in what you wrote is - "and in his opinion it can take a while to come out of the brain and requires a lot of care and thought to do safely." Comfortably, and safely, are 2 different things. If metals ARE in the brain, and your MIND also lives in your brain - makes sense to me that the MIND will be affected as it leaves. Wouldn't matter how much thought you put in advance or what method was chosen - if the discomfort is due to metals leaving the brain, then the brain will feel uncomfortable!
As for telling Mage to follow her wisdom, nowhere did I suggest that you told her to do otherwise. And, nowhere in your first note did you say that someone may be too sick to do the sauna, chlorella, etc. That is a different story. But, even then, it doesn't mean that the saunas are unsafe, really. The person's endocrine system being weak may be exactly from the metals - so how then, without getting rid of the metals can it be done? Chelation is also bound to produce discomfort if its working.
I've read, and heard from naturopaths, that for metal detox & infrared saunas, its best to turn the heat to the lowest setting, and even to leave the door open a bit - precisely to go alittle easier on the body.

Hi Anne,
I conciously tried NOT to react defensively to your CAPS actually :)

As for suggesting that inner guidance is key - medical tests sometimes mean nothing as to what is really going on. That was the point of my last note, actually. Viewpoint is everything.
Research is good to the point that the salient points for a person will stand out, I think.
