Hi again Loreli:

a couple things if your lemons arent too juicy, leave them out at room temp for a couple hours then "roll" the lemon on the counter exerting slight pressure a few times, this will release the juices from the citrons better when you cut it...I also use a lemon reamer or if you don't have one, a fork to get the most out of it...
As far as the Apple Cider Vinegar (make sure it is the good kind with the "mother") a half of a good lemon makes 1-2 tablespoons of juice so I use 2 tablespoons when I use the ACV.
