If it works for you, it is good for you. I am all in favor of it, if it helps. However, not everyone does get the same beenfits. Some people become very unblalanced, especially Pitta types whose tolerance for lemon is limited to a small amount each day. Quite a few people have become severely depressed when going on the MC as toxins started coming out of the tissues but had not proper outlet (the salt water flush is not sufficient). For most, it is best if they do near-daily colemas when going through it to avoid stressing their heart, liver and kidneys. So, I don't have anything against the MC as such, only when there are very toxic individuals doing it without the proper precautions, it can backfire. I know of people who went of similar fasts with lemon juice and suffered a heart attack. Too many toxins relased at once, thickening the blood and unleashing the release of arterial deposits or blood clots. For those who have a fairly clean body or done a lot of cleasing, the MC is a very safe, though.
