Living near water

Andreas - I'm wondering what your thoughts are about living near a pond. I live on the east coast in the humid, swampy mid-Atlantic. In the spring and summer I experience allergies to pollen and my sinuses seem to swell with the allergens and humidity. The air gets so thick here. I am moving and trying to choose between two apartments. One is situated directly by a large pond that would be only a few feet away from the apartment. The view is FABULOUS, although I could feel the humidity in the apartment when I went to look at it. I'm wondering if it is unhealthy to live so close to the pond in terms of humidity and the allergens that will be mixed with that once spring and summer arrive. Overall, is it unhealthy for the body in terms of breathing? Sort of a wierd question but I'm trying to decide between that apartment and another one which is not so close to the pond. I have other health problems too (candida). Thanks.
