The original post about the weather appeared to be well thought out and probably authentic so I printed it out and had my spouse read it.
He'd already heard about some of it, so next I accessed the Fortune magazine articles. They were in the Feb 9th 2004 issue.
We've had some rousing discussions at home on this topic and have come to a few conclusions. First, we really don't think that man's actions have had any impact on planet earths place in the Universe and the ice ages. Some temporary changes possibly, but nothing in the greater scheme of thing. Only God controls that.
The poles have been clear of snow and ice at least once since man has been on this planet. There are ancient maps (verified my satelite photos) that show terrain that couldn't otherwise be known by man and drawn several millinnia ago.
Andreas advice is wonderful and should be taken to heart.
