Popcorn - a healthy snack?

Andreas - can popcorn be a healthy snack? I know you don't favor snacking and that eating whole foods is best. Is popcorn considered a whole food? Snacking has been a weakness of mine so I at least want to try to snack on something "healthy" and move away from corn chips and stuff like that. Thanks. Tweet
