I've done three saunas now with Saul's equipment at home. So far, I am very satisfied. The first sauna led to distinct pain and soreness in all of my Lyme areas (a good sign to me, as it means I'm killing bugs). Interestingly, the second and third saunas led to very dramatic herxheimer reactions but the key is that they only lasted a few hours, followed by DRAMATIC improvement...I reckon that most of the Lyme toxins were actually oxidized by ozone leading to shorter herxes followed by sustained improvement.
