I got black scar or rash (not sure) running down from bottom of the penis to my testis, i donot know what it is .The testis is itcy from a long time from about 3-4 years.There are no rashes ,but it is very itchy .I have been many dermatologists ,but there is no result.It has been spreading to my back as well.When i met Nutrionist ,he told me it could be candida.So i used Threelac candida treatment for a while, there was little improvement.He says i have to be on diet.Can it be different disease?.If it is candida is there any suitable fast treatment.Plz advise me.
