Re: Hernia

The protrusion of an organ or part of an organ or other structure through the wall of the cavity that normally contains it results when there exists a long-standing form of congestion. Intestinal hernias occur, not because of lifting heavy objects (this is just a trigger) but because the digestion of food and elimination of waste have become ineffective. This result in backflushing of waste, gas, toxins, bacteria, etc., which in turn, can push weakened intestinal structures through the openings of the abdominal cavity. For more details, see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation, www.1stbooks.com).

To improve the digestion of food and elimination of wastes, you will need to do a series of liver/colon cleanses. Exact directions are given in The Amazing Liver Cleanse, also from 1stbooks.com).
