I'm now in month 2 of Colonix, and according to my chiropractor's SCIO machine, I still have quite a few buggers left. I was thinking about trying the pineapple/pumpkin seed fast for 3 days as I've read some previous posts on here about it. Just a couple questions before I start. Can I continue w/the Colonix cleanse (I guess just put the fiber stuff in pineapple juice instead of the soy milk I usually use)? Am I likely to lose a lot of weight (don't have much left to spare!)? And just how successful is it? Just trying to figure out whether it would be worth it or not. Although eating massive amounts of pineapple sounds pretty fun anyways. Any experiences/advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks guys!
