Feeling ill while doing parasite cleanse?

Has anyone ever suffered any discomfort while doing a parasite cleanse. My son is 28 and using a Wormwood product that has the Black-Walnut , Wormwood herb and quassia bark that Hulda Clark recommends. On the third day of the cleanse....he felt tremendous fatigue and malaise. My guess is that is a sign his body is detoxing? If anyone has ever experienced these side effects I would appreciate hearing from you.
