Some others might disagree, but from what I read I would hesitate to put your brother on a parasite cleanse.

parasite cleansing and detoxification are extremely hard on the system. I'm recovering from Amalgams, a slew of vacinations, allergies, and parasites picked up in Asia myself. And its taken almost 5 years to get where I'm at.

There have been times of cleansing where it was extremely hard on me like nights of almost no sleep, diarerria for days, shakes, extreme anger and depression, unwilling to get out of bed, weight loss, emotional outbursts, etc.

From what I read about your brother, I don't think he has the strength to do a cleanse. And I definately wouldn't do it if he has been feeding through a tube and just got out of the hospital.
